With the design of your home complete, construction can begin. Before that occurs, however, Nies Homes will provide you with a detailed pricing sheet that details all of your choices.

To ensure a productive process, each customer receives our “Custom Home Planning Guide.” The book outlines the choices, decisions and options for each phase of your home's development. Included is a selection schedule to help you keep track of when material or design choices for your home need to be made. The schedule ensures that there is no delay in the construction of your home.

While under construction, a Nies superintendent will communicate with you weekly regarding current progress, upcoming schedules and needed selections. Meetings will be in-person during normal business hours, as your schedule allows them.
